This was our 2nd time out at Hacker's and we had a great time! We're also happy to provide a positive update on baby Devon. When we were at Hacker's last time one of the Chefs had just become a new dad to a beautiful, but very early baby boy (picture of him posted on the page for the last Hacker's show). Anyway, baby Devon was able to come home Friday!!! Welcome home Devon. Also - Happy Birthday to Megan, Joe & Mark ! Joe doesn't want us to tell you, but he was celebrating the big 40!!!! These pictures were made possible by the four AA batteries Mike had in his car! Thanks Mike! And thanks Danice for takin the great pics!

This time it was big Al's B-Day ! What a night ! We never thought our music had influence until we played "kick my ass" by Big & Rich and some guy got beat up by his woman! Glad the wave of violence didn't make its way towards the band! Yee Haw!

HID snuck out of band practice & ran up to Rock City for Musicians Night. Our Hillbilly field trip was actually a lot of fun. A big HID YEE HAW to Jay Hatton for baby sittin the monsters so we could run up there !

Back at the Highwater again trying to figure out where spring is at. Thanks to everyone who braved the snow to come out & see us. We had two new things to see this Saturday - one good & one bad. The good one was we had a new addition to our sound system which helped us out a lot. The bad one was - Tam fell & broke her arm the night before and in too much pain to perform. It wasn't easy playin without her that night & we all missed her something awful. Check out the pics and you'll see she was sort-a with us in spirit ! Yee Haw !

YEEE HAAAW !!!!!! We were all bummed out because the weather gods put us inside, but our crazy Hillbillies came out in force anyway ! The coolest part about it is our newest HID fan came out - Captain Jonathan Hillstrand of the Time Bandit with his own "crew". Now when we watch Deadliest Catch we can smile even bigger knowing just how cool some of the cast really is. Thanks Captain Jonathan for rockin with the Hillbillies all night long ! May you always have safe trips & great fishing !!!

Well - motoring all the way out to Ashtabula Eagles we were on our own. Our Primary and Secondary Camera crew were on babysitting duty so we only have five pictures we were able to take on the fly. We enjoyed our dnacers & by the end of the night we were havin a good old time ! Yee Haw !!

Back out to Orwell for Conversation Station's 3rd annual Tele-Thon !!! What a great time we had and thank you so much to the Conversation Station and all their great staff for not only putting on a great event, but for allowing us to be a part of it !

Back out to Seekers ! What a time ! Happy Birthday Bill !!!!!!! We had a packed house and you'd a thought we were drinkin with some of the stuff we pulled out ! One of these days we'll figure out what we SHOULD be doing for an acoustic set ! We ended up doing some acoustic Motley Crue, Ozzy, the list goes on from there !!! Well.... Now we can check "Play music in a crazy ass storm" off of the band's to-do list !!! We squeezed in five songs at the Captain's Stadium before the wind got so stong it blew Don's cymbals over !! It was one of the funniest nights playing music I've ever had ! The wind was amplified over the PA through the mics - it was trying to blow the guitars our of our hands - Tam was singing with a mouthful of her own long hair yet we forged on like the good little oompa loompas that we are and I turned around to see why Don missed a cymbal crash in the song and our banner was wrapped around his head ! He was trying to beat it off of him with one stick while he played a beat with the other !!! I was lauging so hard I couldn't sing my back-up parts !!! That was about the time that the sky opened up and the rain came straight at us completly sideways !! You've never seen Hillbillies tear down equipment so fast !!! Good thing The Handle Bar was right down the street ! We needed beer after that incident !!

Ian Charles Kuhn was born December 27th 2007 at 7:11 PM. He joined us six weeks early & weighed in at 5 lbs 1.7 oz, 18.5" long. He spent his 1st nine days in the Neo-Natal Special Care Unit at Lake East and received the best care imaginable for all the wonderful gals up there. Anyway - he's home with the rest of the Hillbillies now & doing great ! Enjoy the pics !
